Open Cemu, navigate to > General Settings , and ensure the MLC Path points directly to your mlc01 folder.

Ensure you are using a modern version (Cemu 2.0 or higher is recommended).

If you get a black screen or error, here is the fix order:

Use Cemu's "Online Account" feature with a real otp.bin and seeprom.bin . Without these, the Wii U Menu will crash on launch (Error 160-0103). We will cover this.
