The story revolves around two characters, Kunal and Aisha. Kunal is a young man who works as a bike taxi driver in Delhi. Aisha, on the other hand, is a free-spirited woman who has just moved to Delhi from a small town.
The film exposes a terrifying reality: how blood banks exploit the poor, pay them paltry sums for plasma and whole blood, and then sell the "red liquid" to hospitals and accident victims at exorbitant rates. Rannvijay, initially an unwilling participant, gets sucked into the vortex of greed. As he rises through the ranks of this criminal empire, he must choose between becoming a doctor to save lives or a blood merchant who profits from misery.
