Fujifilm no longer supports MS01. They do not sell licenses, they do not offer downloads, and their customer service will direct you to current products (like the Frontier-S series, which uses entirely different software called "C4/C5").
The answer depends on your goal. If you are a hobbyist, Pay a lab $15 to scan your roll and save yourself the driver nightmares. Use Negative Lab Pro or FilmLab instead.
