This works for the original PC disc release and most digital versions (GOG, MyAbandonware, etc.). Does not work for PS2/GC/Xbox emulator saves – sorry!
In short: Launch the game, select any level, and drive any car with infinite money ($9999) and zero restrictions.
To achieve a perfect save file, you must complete every objective across all seven levels. The game’s internal tracker looks for the following in each stage:

If you want, I can:
A: No. The PC save files use a different data structure. However, you can use memory card editors (like mymc for PCSX2) to import PC saves after conversion.

I’m actually looking forward to checking this one out. Serbian Film would have been better if not for all the hype surrounding the film. Salo ranks up there with this other film Sweet Movie as beautiful repulsing films I’ll never watch again.
I’m equally repulsed and intrigued by the concept of this film though.
