The YouTube channel nickiibaby (stylised “nickiibaby”) has amassed over 3 million subscribers and more than 800 million cumulative views in less than five years. While the channel is frequently cited in informal fan circles, there is scant scholarly attention to its production strategies, narrative aesthetics, and the ways it negotiates the algorithmic logic of the platform. This paper offers a comprehensive, data‑driven examination of nickiibaby videos (January 2022 – December 2025). Using mixed methods—content analysis of 250 videos, quantitative metrics from the YouTube Data API, and semi‑structured interviews with 12 regular viewers—the study addresses three research questions:
