This paper examines the unverified media identifier “Eurotic TV Roshana 14 02 2012.” Treating the string as a digital trace, we argue it likely represents a corrupted file name, a personal recording from a European adult cable channel (“Eurotic TV”), a forgotten Valentine’s Day broadcast (14/02/2012), and a possible proper noun (“Roshana”). Using media archaeology, we explore how such ephemeral content becomes lost due to platform decay, poor metadata, and the stigma of adult entertainment archiving.
