The full title in Tibetan is Phagma Dolma La Chag Tsal Nyishu Tsa Chikpa (འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་པ།). It is a concise yet profound liturgy that offers praise to 21 different aspects of Tara—Green, White, Red, and other forms—each associated with specific benefits:
: Focus on healing, pacification of obstacles, and increasing longevity.
"Om! Jetsun-ma Phagma Drolma la chag tsal lo." (Om! I prostrate to the noble transcendent liberator.)
The prayer originated as a Sanskrit Indian Buddhist work and was later translated into Tibetan. It is included in the Kangyur (the translated words of the Buddha) and is common to all four major traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.
