Once the software is installed, the "work" involves configuring the communication port. Users must pair the printer with their PC via the Bluetooth manager, noting the specific COM port assigned to the device. In the EBS-250 software settings, selecting the matching COM port is the critical step that allows the two systems to sync. If the software is properly installed but not connected to the right port, users will see "Offline" status errors.
