In this version, every time he stole a car, the camera lingered on the victim's face. It wasn't comedic fear; it was genuine terror. A woman crying over a lost vehicle she needed to take her sick father to the hospital. A man realizing his life savings were in the glove compartment.

"Besharam" is directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Yash Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions. The film follows the story of Babita (Dimple Kapadia), a don who takes on the identity of a commoner, and her grandson, Rocky (Ranbir Kapoor), who gets involved in a series of misadventures.
